Gathering, Using, Sharing and Protecting Information

You may interact with us in a variety of ways online, including through a mobile device. We may offer sites or applications that permit browsing and do not require registration. Data Retention

Furthermore, we may delete Personal Information about you from our database at any time and without providing any reason. Therefore, please retain your own copy of the Personal Information provided to us. State and federal legal requirements may impose a duty on us to retain your information for a minimum period (for example, three years from a transaction date).  You can choose to delete your account and request that we delete your information, however, such request will be subject to our legal retention obligations.

Security

To protect Personal Information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with applicable federal and state laws. By providing your personal information and mobile number, you consent to receive automated text messages, calls, or other electronic communications from us or our service providers, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial voice technology.  You certify, warrant, and represent that the telephone numbers you provided us are your numbers and not someone else’s. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each telephone number you provided.

By submitting your mobile number to us, you consent to receive messages through an A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) system. Such messages may include but are not limited to, loan reminders, payment alerts, marketing messages, and other important service-related notifications. These communications are facilitated through third-party service providers, including Twilio, Inc., who process your mobile number and message content on our behalf.

You acknowledge that by providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you are expressly agreeing to receive messages from us via an A2P messaging platform, including messages that may be sent using automated technology. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You understand that this consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You may opt out of receiving automated text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message received from us, or by contacting us at info@lenderportal.com (202) 838-4000. If you opt out, you will no longer receive such messages unless you subsequently provide us with your express consent to resume messaging.

We may share your mobile phone number and other personal information with third-party service providers, including Twilio, Inc., to facilitate automated communications (such as A2P messaging). These service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only authorized to use your personal information for the purposes of facilitating such communications on our behalf.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including your mobile phone number, from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Our third-party service providers, including Twilio, Inc., are also required to implement appropriate security measures to protect your information while processing it for the purposes described in this policy.
